ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted. Each item is handcrafted and unique, slight variations are a part of the nature of hand made items. 

 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on the location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or high volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected method of shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order shipped, you will recite a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but. not received, please contact your local carrier for assistance. 

Incurrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address Is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be present. 

Damaged Goods

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of item and packaging. 

Production and Processing Times for Pre-orders

 6-8 weeks is the ideal processing time I shoot for for your piece to be created and shipped. This time frame begins on the day the order was placed. Pottery is a tedious and delicate craft, things cannot be rushed and there are firing schedules to follow in order to achieve the best results. Hand painted items take far longer than solid glazed pieces. One mug can take anywhere from 1.5 hrs to up to 7 hrs to paint depending on designs. That doesn't include the making process and the two 24 hours firings the pieces will go thru and the painstakingly slow drying time before the bisque firing(I once had a batch take almost 2 weeks to fully dry before I could load them in the kiln for their first firing). I try to have items already made and ready to be painted in the hopes of shortening wait times. That being said, disasters still happen due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics that are out of my control and could push fulfillment times BEYOND THE 8 WEEK POINT. Because each item is handmade there will be slight variations in color, size and shape which is a natural part of the process. Shipping times for preorders vary by location and shipping method chosen at checkout and are separate from the 6-8 week production period.
